We can hold your keys for you in case there is a need for anyone to visit your property. You can decide whether visitors collect the key from us or we can meet them at your property. In our Keyholding Service arrangements can be made to take-in deliveries, parcels etc.
Included we also offer a 24 hour alarm call out service.
During quiet periods it makes sense to have property security visits coincide with the periods when the property is empty especially in winter time. Every visit comprises of a security check of window and door locks and checks to ensure that the property remains secure and weatherproof at all times.
