Whether renting your property out or staying there yourself, nobody wants to spend their first day cleaning. First impressions are very important. You are more likely to receive repeat bookings if the property is well maintained and have a homely feel to it.
If you decide to provide linen, we can offer a launder and changeover service. Hand and bath towels will automatically be washed at the same time and included in the overall price.
In addition to these services, Forest Keyholders can take care of the "little things" which mean so much and make all the difference. Before you or your guests arrive we can be there to open and air the property or, in colder climates, switch on heating to ensure that the first impression is the right one. We can also be there to meet and greet you or your guests with basic provisions (bread, milk, coffee, fruit, flowers etc) which can be bought and left at the property.
All of this means that the holiday home is ready as soon as the door opens.
If required we can carry out a full inventory. Basic items such as glasses, cups, plates etc can sometimes get broken, it can be beneficial to have an up to date list of items at the property. Any breakages or losses will be reported during changeovers.
